Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after a weekend or holiday are processed the next business day.
Delivery time
Delivery usually takes 6 to 10 business days after your order ships. These are estimates, and delivery times can vary with the carrier, your location and busy periods.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
When your order ships, we email you a confirmation with a tracking number. You can also track it on our Track Your Order page.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Delayed, lost or damaged packages
If your package is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, email us at contact@trymiracleknots.com with your order number and we'll help resolve it.
